When Will My Order Ship?

Why Haven’t I Received an Update on My Tracking?

If more than ten days have passed since your item arrived and there have been no updates to the tracking information, kindly contact us at Info@fancitycenter.shop for further assistance.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Fan City Center Shop provides free shipping to many locations. For international shipping, shipping costs may vary based on the size and destination of the package. You can view the applicable shipping charge by entering your shipping address during the checkout process. Please note that there are no taxes or tariffs to be paid. However, oversized products may incur additional charges from carriers due to their size.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for our team to process and prepare the items for shipment. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, our processing time is typically 3-4 business days. As soon as your product ships, you will receive an email containing all the necessary tracking details.

What Is Your Return Policy?

At Fan City Center Shop, we offer customers the ability to change or cancel their order within 1 hour of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it in its original condition for a refund. Please note that custom orders are considered final sale items. To initiate a return, please email us at Info@fancitycenter.shop for the return address, and include your full name and order number. Kindly note that we do not offer prepaid shipping packages for returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

For order cancellations, please email us at Info@fancitycenter.shop within 1 hour of purchase. In the subject line, please write “CANCEL MY ORDER” and include your full name and order number. Cancellations requested after 1 hour will require the product to be returned in its undamaged condition in order to receive a full refund.

Change My Order

To make changes to your order or address details, please contact us at Info@fancitycenter.shop within 6 hours of purchase. Include your change requests in the email with the subject line “CHANGE MY ORDER” and provide your full name and order number.

Damaged Product

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Info@fancitycenter.shop with your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue. Please attach a digital photo of the damaged product and shipping container. If your photo is confirmed, there is no need to return the product. We will process a refund or replacement based on your claim and automatically send out the replacement.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear differently on various devices and monitors. While we strive to accurately depict our products, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will precisely match the actual product’s color.

All U.S. and international orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. American orders do not incur any additional duties, but for international orders, fees may apply depending on the country of residence.
